Cordelia wondered around the hotel for a long time. She couldn't find anyone, where could they have all gone? She'd fought so hard to come back to them. She'd been taken away from Angel too many times. "Oh Angel I love you. Get home," Cordy said aloud.

"That was a wonderful dinner Lorne," Adrian commented. "Well thank you Adriana," Lorne said. She was kind disappointed. She'd known Angel and everyone about a year and Lorne still hadn't given her a nickname. Angel reached the door first. "Here, babe," Angel told Adrian as he handed her a set of keys. "It's a welcome home gift. A set of keys to the hotel. To our home," Angel told her. She got the keys from him and unlocked the door. "How come I don't get keys," asked Fred. "Since when does the hotel have keys?" asked Gunn.

Adrian turned the knob. She walked in first and saw a stranger standing in the main entranceway. Adrian came to a halt. Angel wasn't paying attention so he bumped right into her. "Honey why'd you stop," Angel asked. By that time Gunn, Lorne, Fred and Connor had come in. They all stopped just as quickly as Adrian had. Angel finally looked up and saw the stranger.

But she was no stranger. Cordelia and Angel locked eyes. Then it happened. Cordelia kissed Angel passionately. Adriana's jaw dropped in surprise. Angel was dumbfounded. He couldn't even react. Neither could the rest of them. Cordelia broke the kiss. "Oh my God, sorry. Fred," Cordelia said then went to hug her. She then hugged everyone in turn. "Gunn, Lorne. Oh Connor my darling brother Connor and ... you ...? You! Um I'm not supposed to know you right?"

"I'm Adriana Lluvia Hernandez." That's when Angel stepped in, "she's my, um, fiance." Now it was Cordelia's turn to be stunned, "Oh my God I'm sorry I didn't know or I would have never ... God I'm embarrassed." Adrian didn't know what to say. So Angel stepped in, "it's ok Cordy you didn't know." Adrian finally found her voice, "No she didn't know," she said aloud. Then aside to Angel, "But you did."

Adrian felt like she was in a dream. A nightmare. It wasn't anyone's fault. So why get mad? Yet she was so mad at Angel right now. "Hey Cordelia you must be famished from your long trip from ... wherever. Lorne took us all out to eat. We brought some leftovers. Fred why don't we take Cordelia to the kitchen," Adrian suggested. Adrian helped Cordy towards the kitchen. Fred followed. Cordy turned her head for one last look at Angel as Adrian led her away. Fred just looked at the ground. Adrian kept her eyes forward. She refused to look back at Angel.

As soon as the women were gone Gunn smacked Angel on the back of the head. As did Connor and Lorne in turn.

"Ow, what was that for?" Angel asked.

"What was that for? Dude you kissed her. Big mistake," Gunn said.

"Yup, bad move dad," Connor agreed. Lorne added in his two cents as well, "yup, you're in the dog house tonight. Or is it the coffin for you?"

"Wait she kissed me," Angel defended himself. All three of the guys rolled their eyes. "Dad you didn't push Cordelia away. Big mistake," Connor said. "Since when do you know about relationships?" Angel asked his son. "I have cable in my room," Connor answered. "Well," Angel said, "you shouldn't." "I'll be in my room should anyone need me. I need to take off the cable. I need to study," Connor said and started to leave. "Let the girls work it out between themselves," Connor whispered in his dad's ear.

As Connor left Angel walked over and sat on the couch deep in thought. He was lost. He began to sing Mandy. "AAAHHHHHH," Lorne screamed, "Angel Cakes I begged you never to sing that song again. And even if I hadn't you need to figure this one out on your own." Angel stopped singing. "I love them both," Angel said almost in a whisper. Gunn sat next to his saddened friend. "Look, man, I'm not an expert in love. I mean if love were a class I'd have failed a million times. But I know this when I'm near Fred all those failures are successes because they've brought me to her. So whichever one of them makes you feel like a success. The one that makes you thankful that everything has happened the way it did. She's the one for you," Gunn said and exited to the kitchen.

He stopped at the door. He figured he'd hear raised voices or a catfight. He found none of that. Fred and Adrian were talking away as Cordelia poured some wine. "Babe," Gunn said and all the girl talk came to a screeching halt. Fred ran up to Gunn, "It's scary they're getting along. So how's Angel?" "He's going crazy. He's so down, so deep in thought and he's really quiet," Gunn said then he realized that described Angel on a nightly basis, "Well he's Angel. So he's acting normal." "So Gunn how have you been," Cordy piped in. "Good and you," he said cautiously. "Well I was in this really nice dimension. It was like even better than Pylea. I was more like a goddess than a queen. I was, like, the caretaker of a whole realm. Then the realm fell from grace. It was pain and suffering. It was hell on my nails. So I fought for what seemed like ages to come home." At that Cordy looked at Adrian who just stared into her wine. "So," Cordy said more cheery, "how long have you and Angel been engaged Adrian?" "Umm," Adrian felt uncomfortable.

"Two weeks," Angel stepped in appearing from the doorway. He went on, "We met about a year ago. She had amnesia and sought us out to help her find out where she came from and who she was." Angel had saved her once again. It was going to take more than his knight in shinning armor routine for her to forgive him. "I've finally remembered enough. It's all coming back slowly." Adrian added, "If it weren't for these guys I don't think I'd ever have found my way home." She tapped the house keys in her jean pockets. "If you'd all excuse me. I'm rather tired. It was an all night drive here and with all this excitement I could use some rest. Goodnight," Adrian said making her exit.

Lorne saw Adrian. She looked upset. "Hey there, Adriana," Lorne said. "Lorne, I've lived here a year and you've never given me a nick name. Why?" Adrian asked. "How about Adriana Ban-na-na," seeing the look on her face he decided not to joke with her. "It's not a nickname that's bothering you is it? Look, he loves you. He sang and I read his soul. And you're on it. But he has to figure it out, only then will it be true. You'll play a crucial role in his redemption," Lorne informed her. "I just love him Lorne," she said crying, "but I'm so mad at him. He let her. He let her!" Adriana cried more. Lorne hugged her. She was crying in a shaking sobbing way. "Honey when you cry it feels like I'm hugging a Mexican jumping bean," Lorne said. Adrian laughed, so The Host went on, "And I'm soaked with tears. It's like you're a giant rain cloud." Adriana laughed, "Well rain is my middle name. Lluvia is rain in Spanish." "Well," Lorne said, "well you don't cry no more Rainy Adrian." She smiled. She had a nickname.

"Could you guys leave us alone?" Cordy asked the gang. Fred and Gunn took their exits. The kitchen was quiet then Cordy spoke up. "I looked in on you. I came back for all the wrong reasons. See I saw how happy she made you and I wanted to be the one that made you that happy," said Cordy who was now crying. Angel stepped in, "Dru," she cut him off not even knowing what he said. "But I've just caused you pain." She was in a full sob mode then she stopped, "Dru?" Just then everyone walked in and surrounded the disguised vampire. Cordelia morphed into Drusilla. She spoke, "So the Cordelia costume doesn't work. How about Darla or maybe Buffy," she continued her morphing. She spoke again, "or maybe Angel isn't the one I should go after." Drusilla spun around to face Adrian. She morphed into Aurora, Adriana's dead sister. She began to walk over to the shaken Adrian. "Give sister a hug," Dru said. Angel called out to his love, "It's not Aurora. Adriana it's not her." Adrian hugged her "Sister." And as if reading her mind Connor threw a stake at Adrian. She caught it and staked Drusilla while they were still embracing. She was covered in dust.

The group just stared at Adrian, "I'm going to go clean up." She began to walk away. Angel grabbed her, spun her around, and kissed her. "I love you and only you. Even if Cordy did came back it's you. You're the one for me," Angel told his fiance. "But how'd you know," Angel inquired. "Well when Connor asked me to dance tonight at dinner we both discussed the strange necklace Dru had on when she impersonated Cordy the last time. We figured that was her power source. So when I saw the same necklace I hugged her undid the clasp and staked her. I told the others when she had asked to be alone with you. It was kinda a little plan that me and Connor had just in case," Adrian said. She went on, "but how'd you know?" "Umm ... well, she kissed me and it was too fevered, too frenzied. Had it been Cordelia it was have been soft and with love. Besides, Dru called Connor 'brother.' Dru always thought of herself as Darla's daughter and mine too. That makes Connor her brother." Angel answered. "Angel you do know that in order for Dru to hold Cordelia's shape that long she had to have Cordy's essence," Adrian informed her husband-to-be. "I know Cordy must be dead. I know. I smelled Cordy and I smelled death and when Dru kissed me I smelled vampire. The real Cordy was here. But she's gone now" Angel answered.

Adrian had taken a shower and then headed out of the bathroom and into her room when she noticed all her things were gone. At first she was scared, but then Angel appeared from a shadowy corner. "Close your eyes. I've got a surprise for you," Angel told her. So she closed her eyes and followed. Angel led Adrian towards another room in the Hyperion Hotel. He opened a door and led her in.

Adriana Lluvia Hernandez opened her eyes. She loved her fiance more now then ever. Angel had moved all her things into another room. "It's the master suite. For about three months I've been redoing it. You know for us," Angel who was behind her whispered in her ear. "It's beautiful," Adrian said barely able to breathe. The room had candles and red roses all over. Angel walked around and faced Adriana. She was tiny, about five feet tall. He looked down at her a bit. "I'd do anything to make you happy," Angel said and kissed Adrian. "I love you Angel. I can't wait to be ... uh ... um ... Mrs. Angel?" Adrian said. They both laughed.

They were happy together. They went down stairs, said goodnight to Fred, Lorne and Gunn. They also made Connor go to bed. Then they both patrolled the streets of LA. But tonight they weren't searching, for love, for a name, for family or forgiveness. They were searching for evil. To rid the world of it. "Even if it take eternity he will make amends" and she'll be right by his side though it all.
