This is a Kailiff demon, and just like his kin in the episode Rm w/a Vu, this guy is in the loan sharking business. That’s hard to believe; who would borrow money from a bald demon with thirteen or so horns on his head? Oh, well. Do NOT take money from this guy and hurry back to the game.
