This is a Yarbnie demon, which is absolutely adorable IMHO. Sure it has white skin with pulsating veins and its head is not located at the top of its body, but Yarbnies are actually very nice. Notoriously nonviolent, they often live under roadways. If you want a friend for life, bring the Yarbnie an extra-large soda with a straw. You can do that after you return to the game (and of course finish the game).
